Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Neeraj Vijay Borgaonkar (sole proprietor, trading as Guntavnook Katta) (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of The Wealth Lab and related sites and services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. Access is invite-only and may be granted in limited batches at our discretion.

2. Nature of the service — educational simulation

The Platform is an educational simulation for learning and skill development. It does not involve real money, real securities, or real trading, and it does not provide investment advice, recommendations, portfolio management or guaranteed returns. See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Access, payments & refunds

Access to the Platform is provided through paid admission plans of a stated duration. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways.

Access is a digital product delivered immediately upon a successful payment. Accordingly, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Platform; (c) share, resell or transfer your access; or (d) misrepresent the Platform as real trading or financial advice.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, content, design, branding and simulated datasets, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, educational purposes only. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that simulated data reflects real markets.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the Platform or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
