This Privacy Policy describes how Neeraj Vijay Borgaonkar (sole proprietor, trading as Guntavnook Katta) (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you use The Wealth Lab at play.guntavnook.com and our admissions site at twl.guntavnook.com (together, the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact details you provide — name, email address, phone number, and optionally city and date of birth.
- Authentication data — login credentials managed by our authentication provider, and session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
- Payment information — when you purchase access, payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We receive transaction confirmation details (such as order/payment IDs and amount); we do not collect or store your full card or bank details.
- Usage & simulation data — your in-app activity, simulated portfolios, progress and preferences, used to run and improve the Platform.
- Technical data — basic device/browser information and logs for security and reliability.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and grant access to the Platform.
- To process admissions/payments and deliver the service you purchased.
- To provide support and respond to your queries.
- To send you service messages and, where you have opted in, updates and announcements (via email or WhatsApp). You can opt out at any time.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to operate the Platform securely. We do not use cookies to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in.
4. Service providers we share data with
We share limited data only with trusted providers that help us run the Platform, under their respective terms and privacy policies:
- Cloud database & authentication (to store accounts and run the app).
- Payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay / Cashfree) to process payments.
- Email & messaging tools (e.g. our email/newsletter system and WhatsApp Business) to communicate with you.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion as described below.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email connect@guntavnook.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
