Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this before purchasing access.

All sales are final. Access to The Wealth Lab is a digital product that is delivered and activated immediately upon successful payment, and is therefore non-refundable.

1. No refunds

Because access is granted instantly and the full digital service becomes available to you right away, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment is successful and access has been provisioned. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Cancellation

Access is sold for a fixed duration and does not auto-renew. You are not charged again automatically; there is therefore no recurring subscription to cancel. You may simply choose not to purchase again.

3. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not receive access, or you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us within 7 days at connect@guntavnook.com with your payment/order reference. We will verify with the payment gateway and, where a genuine duplicate or failed-but-charged transaction is confirmed, arrange the appropriate correction.

4. Pricing & offers

Prices and discounts may change over time. The price applicable to your purchase is the one shown at checkout at the time of payment. Promotional pricing is not retroactive.
